We took the history of building and tried to incorporate it in our design. The concept of the restaurant is influenced by the cool and shabby industrial-chic aesthetic for a fun and eclectic, warm and laid-back dining atmosphere. This is a combination of art and engineering that you could see heavy rustic metal with exposed red bricks, raw concrete, joists with bolts and nuts, barn wood with knocks and bumps surface, exposed light bulb, mismatched chairs, retro and vintage decoration. The 2 stories restaurant serve modern Italian Peruvian cuisine with a setting of enclosed formal dining area come with a casual open air rooftop bistro on second floor. Open kitchen concept was one of the young passionate chef idea that the guests could watch the chefs in action for a more dynamic dining experience. Interaction between chefs and guest could enhance the quality of food and restaurant. For rooftop bar and bistro, we introduced elevated deck to create levels of sight to enhance the visual of CBD view experience.
